AERO Energy Tour in Bozeman area – Nov. 21st

paasive-house-300x200Super energy efficient homes will be featured during an energy tour on Thursday, November 21st in the Bozeman area. The tour, hosted by the Alternative Energy Resources Organization (AERO), will visit two area homes (one finished and one under construction) to see how low energy use and energy saving design and construction techniques associated with the Passive House standard help to save money for homeowners. Gray Davidson from Davidson Builders will be on-hand for the tour.  Please register for the tour at this LINK.

Mid-tour we will gather at Refuge Sustainable Building Systems where there will also be a MT DEQ presentation highlighting grants, loans and tax credits available to help finance renewable energy and energy efficiency projects.

The tour is sponsored by NorthWestern Energy and the Montana Department of Environmental Quality.

The tour is open to the public; the cost is $5 for non-members and free for members. The tour begins promptly at 12:30 PM at 1202 Idaho St in Belgrade and ends at 4:30 PM (sign in from 12:00-12:30 PM).  Space is limited and pre-registration is required.
