Heritage Poultry Intensive Workshop in Great Falls May 5, 2011

The Heritage Poultry INTENSIVE Workshop is organized and we are excited to be moving ahead! You will have the honors of being the first to experience this brand new material that we are thrilled to teach to those who are passionate about raising standard bred poultry. We are also very thankful for the Montana Poultry Growers Cooperative & Lake County Community Development Coperation who will be co-sponsoring the event!

The workshop is schedule for Thursday, May 5th and will be held at the farm of Chris McVeda. The address is 34 Manchester Lane, Great Falls, Montana 59404. I am very thankful that Chris is willing to host the training day. Chris has participated in past workshops. He is very interested in heritage poultry and developing his farm to be a model!

The cost of the workshop is $69.00 which includes on site farm experience of “Heritage Poultry Farming”, observations of “true” representations of heritage poultry, hands on experience of handling fowls, expert teaching from sustainable poultry specialists, an awesome meal prepared by a chef who understands the differences in preparing heritage poultry verses commercial poultry, networking opportunities for future marketing and the “Heritage Poultry Handbook” of teaching notes & resources.  This is a unique workshop that is not offered anywhere else in the country, a great opportunity for you.

We must have a minimum of (20) pre registered attendees who are paying full tuition or the workshop will be cancelled.  Because of all the preparations it takes for this workshop, we are asking that your registration be postmarked by Friday, April 22nd so that we can confirm all the workshop details. After April 22nd – the fee will increase to $80.00. You can  register on line at www.centerforpoultry.com

If you have any questions, contact Jim at 209.890.5326 [email protected] ~ after your registration is received, I will send you a confirmation letter.
