GVB is a diversified market garden on 4+ acres. We specialize in growing produce for the restaurant market and have recently added a 50 person CSA. Using no synthetic inputs, we build our soil fertility and manage pests with crop rotation, cover crops, compost and divers crop plantings. Our goal is to provide high quality wholesome produce to local consumers. We deliver to the Gallatin Valley and Big Sky area, twice per week in summer and once per week in winter.
