Terrapin Farm is located 6.5 miles northwest of Whitefish, or 18 miles northwest of Kalispell. We are a Montana Certified Organic farm with a deep commitment to giving more to our environment than we take from it. We strive to include the community in the farm through our CSA, involvement in the schools and local farmers markets, and in seeking to educate folks in how and where their food is grown. We have an intensive apprentice program and welcome drop-in/work trades to help us make our 275 varieties of vegetables available. Cover crops and living mulches say please and thank you to the soil, while our hoop-houses, greenhouses and row covers are used extensively to push the limits of our short season. Our roadside stand beckons visitors to wander into the fields and greenhouses. Come on out, pull up a weed and stay awhile!
