TT Beef is part of Two Dot Land and Livestock, a historic ranch in Central Montana.
Managing our lands holistically, focusing on the ecological, social, and economic aspects of ranching, we feel fortunate to be able to eat and provide sustainable and healthy grass-finished beef.
Our beef grow up on nature’s salad bar. At 24-28 months, the beef are taken directly from our ranch to harvest and dry-aged for approximately 14 days, returning tender and tasty. They are never fed growth hormone, grain, or given unnecessary antibiotics.
Ultimately, we are harvesters of sun and rain, making us grass ranchers. With the help of our cattle, we sequester carbon from the air, through our grass, into soil, helping in the battle with global warming. Our priority is our environment, our family’s lifestyle, and our community’s well-being.
