AERO is Hiring an Expo Event Coordinator

A community of social entrepreneurs dedicated to building the world in which we want to live, we are producer-centric, helping communities build place-based, values-driven community food  webs with climate-smart solutions. We’re hiring an Event Coordinator for our Expo/Annual Meeting, a signature AERO program. Our 2022 Expo is happening at Arrowpeak Lodge, in the Highwood Mountains outside Great Falls, September 30-Oct 02. In collaboration with AERO staff, the Expo Event Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing particular tasks related to successful execution of our 2022 event. Responsibilities include meeting with and coordinating vendor activities; coordinating venue set-up and supplies; coordinating volunteers; primary responsibility for run of show, and working with staff to ensure completion of a successful event. 

This is a short-term position and our ideal candidate is someone who is organized and can hit the ground running, is both detailed oriented and a big picture strategic thinker, takes initiative, values clear, effective communication, and is eager to represent AERO well.
