Grow MT Update: Food Policy Council 2020-2021 Legislative Candidate Survey

In the summer of 2020, Grow Montana Food Policy Coalition invited the 2020 Montana Legislative Candidates to take part in a survey to help our coalition members and supporters understand where they stood on important food and agriculture issues. The survey was sent electronically to all candidates nominated in the 2020 Primary who provided an email in their legislative filings with the Montana Secretary of State. The results of this survey are now available to our coalition members and the general public. 

The survey focused on the following areas:

• MT Beef to School 
• MT Farm to School
• MT Food Processing
• Soil Health
• Food Security 

Forty-six House Candidates and seven Senate Candidates responded to the survey.  The survey questions and candidate responses are available  HERE.
