My name is Elle Gahl and I own Shadow Ridge Analytics LLC in Belgrade. I am a born and raised Montanan and a Montana State engineering alumna. For the last seven years, I have assisted businesses of all sizes understand and optimize their business processes and costs. Most engineers and accountants try to just use the data and the financial statements to understand a business and the human element is thought of last instead of first. It’s not that data driven decisions aren’t a critical piece of business success. They are! However, I pride myself in my ability to look beyond the numbers and see the person and behind the product. I want to first understand your story, background, and goals. In other words, I know it’s not the product that makes a business work; it’s the people on the ground everyday.
